The Air Jordan 12 GS Royalty Taxi is the youth sizing of this close-to-original colorway of Michael Jordans twelfth signaturel shoe from the late 90s. A Holiday 2021 release by Jordan Brand, the Royalty Taxi or Royalty copies the Air Jordan 12s original white-and-black Taxi color scheme, but with a few notable variations. One of the most notable modifications from the original “Taxi” is that the Jumpman plate above the midsole now appears in gold. Additional gold accenting can be found on the Jumpman-branded eyelet holders and on the Jumpman and Two 3 detailing on the white leather tongue, the latter of which were previously seen in black on the first Taxi from November 1996.
