The Undercover x Nike Dunk High 1985 UBA is a collaboration between Jun Takahashis Japan based streetwear brand and Nike on the retro basketball shoe in a colorway dedicated to a fictional basketball league. The UBA or Undercover Basketball Association is Takahashis take on the Dunk that revives its original 1985 style with true-to-original panel shapes and proportions. Details include a pebbled Gym Red leather base with contrasting black leather overlays and Swoosh branding. White UBA and Undercover Basketball Association detailing appears on the lateral side of the heel. Like the first production Dunk, the Dunk 85 features a tall tongue that extends past the collar. Dual Undercover and Nike branding is found on the tongue tag. Takahashi puts the finishing touch on his UBA Dunk collaboration by painting speckles over the Sail rubber midsole.
