Description
The Nike Dunk High SE First Use – University Red is a June 2021 release by Nike that honors the brands iconic Swoosh logo with unique branding. The First Use references the famous Nike logo with special First Use June 18, 1971 text below a white outline Swoosh on either side. 1971 detailing can be found on the insoles and an old school black Nike logo with an orange Swoosh appears on the white nylon tongue tag. White and University Red laces are layered over the red tongue. The double-lace look mimics the design of high fashion house sacais collaborations with Nike on the LDWaffle, Blazer, and Vapor Waffle. The upper features a predominately monochromatic red construction with University Red leather appearing on the perforated toe, mid-panel, and collar. Tonal red suede can be found on the forefoot, collar, and heel. The cream rubber midsole gives the First Use – University Red a vintage look. Release date: June 18, 2021 First Use
