The Social Status x Nike Air Max Penny 1 Desert Sand is one of two colorways of Anfernee Penny Hardaways former signature shoe designed by the sneaker and streetwear boutique. Joining the Black colorway co-designed by Social Status, the Desert Sand Air Max Penny 1 stays mostly true to the models retro design while adding several modern details, as well. The upper features a Desert Sand nubuck base with white detailing on the lateral side panels. Social Status branding is found on the heel, and interchangeable Swooshes appear on either side of the shoe, each of which represents a different sport, including basketball, baseball, football, tennis, and golf.
