The Air Jordan 9 Particle Grey is a June 2022 release of Michael Jordans ninth signature shoe in a colorway with neutral black and grey accents. The color scheme is an unofficial nod to the colorway of the Jordan 9 Cleat that Michael wore with the Birmingham Barons minor league baseball team in 1994, as well as a salute to the Jordan 9s Barons and Baseball Glove colorways. While the Particle Grey isnt an exact copy of any of these colorways, its black and grey details nonetheless show appreciation to the looks. The upper is constructed in a black textile with a Particle Grey leather mudguard. Classic Jordan 9 branding is found on the tongue, heel and midsole. Release date: June 21, 2022 Particle Grey
