The Air Jordan 1 High GS Gold Volt is the youth sizing of Michael Jordans first signature shoe in a do-it-yourself inspired colorway. A January 2021 release based loosely on Off-Whites deconstructed Air Jordan 1 that appeared in Virgil Ablohs The 10 collection, the Gold Volt is awash with contrasting shades of neon yellow and gold on its design. The overcut leather panels extend past the stitching play into the aforementioned aesthetic popularized by Abloh with The 10. White leather can be found on the perforated toe and mid-panel. Contrasting black leather dots the forefoot, toe cap, and eyelets. A black Wings logo can be found on the Volt collar overlay and a black Swoosh appears on either side of the shoe. Jordan Brand adds a gold leather panel to the heel, cream laces, and a decidedly retro inspired cream midsole to round out the look of the Gold Volt. Release date: January 9, 2021. Volt Gold
